Lead Retail Meat Clerk (Crosslake)
The Food Safety Specialist is responsible for maintaining applicable Food Safety Programs & Policies; implementation and continuous improvement of food safety focused programs including but not limited to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and/or Food Safety Plan and compile regulatory requirements from external suppliers.
The Production/Packaging Personnel prepares, vacuum seals, and packages products for custom orders and retail stores while maintaining our high standards of safety and sanitation.
SAUSAGE MAKER (Foley)
The Sausage Maker is responsible for measuring, mixing, grinding, stuffing, and smoking sausage products for custom orders and retail inventory, while contributing to our high standards for a safe and sanitary working environment.
Meat Cutter (Foley)
The Meat Cutter works alongside several others at the cutting table breaking down meat products for custom
orders and retail stores while maintaining our high standards of safety and sanitation.
